Kinesiology identifies the elements which inhibit the body's natural internal energies and accessing the life enhancing potential within the individual." What to expect from kinesiology – QUICK FACTS: •A Kinesiology treatment is known as a “balance” •You will remain fully clothed •You have the option of sitting or lying down on a massage table for your “balance” •All treatments are unique – specially tailored for you •We use muscle monitoring to determine what your body needs to heal. •A muscle test can indicate a disturbed energy flow and can be structural, nutritional, mental, emotional or spiritual. •We each have a subconscious (a bit like a black box in a plane) which holds all our memories, negative beliefs, issues and triggers. •By bringing these subconscious patterns ‘online’ (into awareness) the person is given a chance to re-evaluate the events and circumstances and choose healthier, more empowering ways to react.
