Q: Will it hurt?

A: You may feel some discomfort whilst being adjusted but it shouldn’t be painful. It takes time for the body to heal.

Q: How long will it take to fix my problem?

A: That depends on the type of problem. Your Chiropractor will advise you on this.

Q: What’s the "crack" noise?

Gas being released from the joint. This may not occur in all Adjustments and it is not essential to hear the “crack”.

Q: Is chiropractic safe?

A: Yes. Research shows that spinal manipulation is safer and more effective than taking pain killers including non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medication which can cause gastro-intestinal bleeding.
